Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our hair care and wave styling products. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
